The city of Coatepec, the Coffee Capital of Mexico, is proud to have a COFFEE MUSEUM.  This cultural destination is located in the state of Veracruz, on the outskirts of the city of Coatepec, alongside the highway called “Las Trancas” (road to Las Trancas).

Coffee, the traditional distinct aromatic delicacy of this area, is historically recognized as the engine of the regional economy. The COFFEE MUSEUM brings to light the history of coffee, its myths and realities, as it applies to this region, and how it has become integrated into the lives of the families of Veracruz.

Throughout your tour of the COFFEE MUSEUM you will experience sensations and feelings that will pleasantly surprise you. You will be delighted as you make direct contact with nature, and taste the best coffee, the coffee produced by the highly skilled hands of Veracruz.

Like all museums, our objective is to reveal the history and traditions of the area.  However, in this case, we also desire to continuously add to the long established appreciation of a product that has brought worldly renown to Coatepec, the Coffee Capital of Mexico. We show our love for the earth and all its blessings. We promote the consumption of a product of the highest purity, quality and tradition.
